I discovered as well that I can only receive calls but make calls to a Nigerian no. I don’t think that is fair. This should be looked into. It defeats the purpose of roaming your line if you can’t make calls locally without getting a new sim here.

You'd posted to a thread from 2 years ago.
Did you try connecting to alternate Nigerian networks?

It connected automatically I guess because I received a message from EE telling me the cost of making and receiving calls while roaming. I naturally assumed I won’t be having difficulties calling a local no. It turns out only Uk nos. I can call but I can receive calls from a local no.
that should be looked into really.
