After returning from Italy could not make or receive calls on my mobile. My husband shares the same Account and cannot phone me . Yesterday two hours with EE Promise of level 2 call back - no call back. Phoned 150 again (on my husbands phone ) the EE operative promised a callback from the Level 2 person called Sarah, (is there only one second level techie at EE?) No callback, so another call to 150 and a vague promise of a call from a really busy Sarah! Incredible!! I can't phone hospital, GP etc We have no landline. With BT for twenty years, never had a problem. What to do?

To clarify (you'd added to another post about data issues, but have mentioned voice calls)...
Does your phone show EE UK coverage? Can you send & receive texts? Can you use mobile data?
What happens when you try making a call?
