Contacting EE from abroad with a phone that won't work

Can someone from we ring me to get my phone working while am in Spain abroad

Welcome to the community.

What is happening with your phone? Are you on contract or pay as you go? Have you tried restarting it and manually selecting a Spanish network?

@Warren26   If it’s not working because you have no signal how does anyone call you ?   If you are a contact customer did you enable roaming by texting ROAMING to 150 before you left the UK ?  If on PAYG have you purchased the 7 day roam abroad pass ?
