I have had exactly the same problem with my calls from the O2 network.I have changed the sim into different phones and the problem remains .Did you manage to find a solution..... I wonder is it anything to do with the actual phone number

Are calls from other networks affected, or only O2? If you have a ported-in number, then if there's a problem with porting data it's quite common for "on-net" calls from other EE users to work but any "off-net" callers to have problems.
Do you have a ported-in number, and if so when did you port-in? When did this problem start?

You've only answered one of the several questions posed in my previous post.
Reporting to EE CS is the correct process to follow, but some of the questions above would help direct investigations correctly.
