I'm brand new here, still haven't figured out how to create a new topic, but I'm having the same issue except that I've sent my sim back to UK and asked a friend to put it in a phone, he made a call and then shipped it back to me. It's still not working. Now I received a text that I might lose my number if I don't make any calls or texts after a while. Help

@VictorTT : When did your friend make this call & was it chargeable?

Would be keen to learn about a solution to this. I was literally about to head to the post office to send my sim back to a friend in the UK to do the same.

 

But if this wont solve it i will need to go back to the drawing board
