I am currently in the USA - UK customer. I have Roam Abroad and World Talk & Text.
All has worked well for the first few days but today, switching airplane mode off, I have not been able to get a signal - only SOS. If I manually select a network - A T & T for example, I get a 4G signal for a minute and then it drops.
All help would be gratefully appreciated.

Do you have a spend cap on your EE account?

Hello,
I don’t have a spend cap. No one else has an issue connecting. The odd thing is that it was OK until my latest flight when I switched off airplane mode.

Yes. If I switch to A T & T for example, it looks like it will work then just switches to SOS

What kind of phone are you using? Have you tried changing the network mode, to see if it makes any difference?

Thanks for the responses. This was eventually resolved by the support team. I do not know what the problem was - it was escalated to the next level of support. All good now,
