Hi could somebody help me work out how I can’t make or revive calls after transferring my old number from giffgaff to ee. But I can go online , use my WhatsApp and messages thanks.

It’s just cuttin off yes I have turned phone off and left it then switched it back on but still nothing

When, specifically, did you port your number in? Have you received text confirmation of port-in completion?
WhatsApp is an internet-based app, all this proves is that your phone has a working internet connection - are you using mobile data to do this, or connected to WiFi?
What happens when you try making a call? Does the call dial, and if so - what number is presented to the recipient? Same question for text messages. If you send a text message to your ported-in number, what happens - does the message send? Do you receive it?
