Calls are not being connected to this number ?

Hello, I started getting this today. If anyone tried to call my EE mobile number it says not connected to network.

I called EE and spend a while going through settings.

The end result was go and see a EE shop all looks fine this end.

So no answer really.  Help

Can you make calls?

Have you been able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if the same happens?
