Re: Blocking numbers and diversion to voicemail

Well, I constantly get harrassed, and stalked, by two people living in the same building as me. They're both in a relationship with each other. They are just like them murder couples, who stalk their victim, just before murdering the victim. It's very worrying. I've now deleted both of their numbers from my phone, but I doubt it's going to be enough to stop it. I don't feel safe living in the same building as them. One of their names begins with an A. The other stalker's name begins with C. I've told support staff, but they don't have the resources to put a stop to it. 🤔

How do I change my phone number, but keep the same phone?

Stalking should be reported to the Police on either 101, or 999 if the situation warrants.

EE CS can change your number by contacting them on 150.

@Saz18 , you should block their numbers on your phone, not just delete them, as this will not stop them contacting you and harassing you, and as @bristolian  has written, report them too.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Hi @Saz18,

That's great advice from @bristolian. I wouldn't delay in contacting the police on 999 if you feel at risk.

To change your number, please contact our Customer Care Team on 150 and they'll be happy to help.
