Random calls

Hi I keep getting random calls from people saying they have a missed call from me and it’s not me think my phone has been spoofed how can you stop this please

@Nerys2588 : Your no. has been spoofed, probably by scammers in order to disguise their own no. while scamming others. The Number Spoofing Scam - Ofcom explains what could be causing this.

Call EE and ask them to refresh your line.

Also restart your device.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
