Problem with Roaming

Hello. I have an EE sim card that I cannot use. I bought 50 GB today and I only see 4G but I cannot load any website. What may be the problem? I am not in England but in Germany. ROAMING at 150 does not work. Has anyone had a similar problem?

It seems to me that you have a PAYG a/c. In which case you won't see any of those settings mentioned by @Christopher_G & don't need to change anything.

  1. Can you text AL to 150 from it & what does it fully report verbatim (it is free)?
  2. Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

1. An error pops up
2.Nothing of that, because I ordered the card in Poland without staying in Great Britain and I have no plans to go to the islands in the near future.

So none of this will happen then.

Yes, it won't work with a PAYG SIM bought while in Poland w/out being brought back to & used in UK.
