I got a text from the number 150 that goes “sorry we were unable to complete your request please try again later…” even though I didn’t log in to any of the EE services or try to do or request anything. I got this text a couple of times now across the last three weeks and now I’m wondering if this might be a security concern or if someone has access to my account?

If the text was from 150, then it would be a legitimate message.
I'd recommended getting in touch with one of our guides so that they can take a look into your account and give you more information around why you're receiving those messages.
To speak to a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
