I brought over my number from three on Monday. Had the text yesterday saying it was complete. My old phone is now dead but my new one with EE still has nothing. I can't make or receive calls or use mobile data. Help

@Ianltz Have you put the EE sim in your device? Have you restarted the device?

Yes the ee sim was already installed. Have turned the phone off numerous times My old phone and number are now dead. And I cant use this one to call them as it isn't working yet.

Or I believe the EE app has a live-chat system if you're on pay-monthly and can access a WiFi-internet connection.
