I’m being charged for picture messages + I don’t know why.
I’ve always copied + pasted messages, I’ve always sent pictures.
I have inclusive minutes, calls + data so it’s nothing to do with them ……baffled

@DeeTee999 : MMS or Picture Msgs are chargeable & not included in your inclusive allowances.
You've only got to put a emoji in a text to turn it into an MMS - see https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Texting-and-messaging/Sending-and-Receiving-Picture-Messages-on-EE/td-....

Hi @fileybird,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
What type of phone do you have?
Which messaging app are you using?

whats the point of having an all inclusive plan if picture messaging is not included. and charged as an extra? Do other mobile phone companies charge for this or is it just EE squeezing more money out of us?

Yes, @RowingBloke , O2 does for 1.
Where's it say it's "all-inclusive"? There are loads of things it doesn't include, like International Calls from UK. calls to 084 & 087 nos. ...
