Hello, im connected to wifi in my hotel but i cant get a signal on any network, my phone normaly works fine when abroad, my wifes phone which is working is also on my ee account but will not ring ee. I need to check the charges and spend caps etc, i checked before i left but it said normal uk charges apply, but now i feel the need to worry, thanks

Have you tried manually searching for a network in your phone settings?
You can check the Spend Cap in your My EE app then Settings, Spend Cap and you can change this if needed.
