My mobile got stolen I have tried to get in and lock the mobile but it keeps telling me that the password are wrong

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

to change number also every time I put my pass word in it says they are

Hello @Crazy81.
If you are unable to log in to your My EE account you can request a password reset.
Once you have notified our customer care team by calling 07953 966 150 the team will be able to send you a replacement SIM with your old number.
