Hi,  I recently lost my phone and got it blocked.  I have since located this lost phone and would like to know how it would be possible to have this unlocked to make it active again.

You can contact EE customer service to get this unblocked. You can also ring them for free using Skype, for instance, or on any other phone:

@Alexhp  If you claimed on an insurance policy for a replacement device then the lost device can not have its blacklisted removed. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
