Phone won’t connect

Hello!

I upgraded my contract to a cheaper contract, less data, but unlimited calls etc. Since doing this my phone won’t accept calls and I can’t dial out? It just beeps and disconnects. Help please!

Can you send/receive text messages?

Yes showing full signal.

Yes I can send and receive text messages, WhatsApp etc, all fine.

Hey, yes happens everywhere. Can’t call out from any location, on or off WiFi etc.

This is likely to be either a device or account issue.

Do you know any friends or relatives who use EE locally, who you could try a 2-way SIM swap with? Trying your phone with a known working SIM, and your SIM with a known working phone.
