Phone is not making calls not even 150

I’m trying to make calls and my phone is just disconnecting even to 150 - what can I do?

Contract and I can make calls through watsapp - I don’t make many calls which it why it’s surprised me

Does your phone show network coverage? Are you in the UK or abroad? When were you last able to make calls? Can you send & receive texts? Can you use mobile data?

I can message, coverage is good and the network tested it. And a couple of days ago

Are you able to try your SIM in another device?

It happens everywhere I am not able to try that no.

the strange thing is on watsapp and other apps it’s fine

Hi @Sw442

WhatsApp will be using your mobile data or WiFi if you are connect to that. 

I would recommend trying a replacement SIM to see if this issue continues.
