My phone has stopped being able to make or receive calls, either on the network or on WiFi. Texts and data use are fine. Other people's phones are fine so it's not the network. It's a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G phone, bought from EE 2 years ago.  Please help as I  can't phone tech support! Do tech support folks read these forum messages and if not, how do I contact them?

No, this is a user discussion forum. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

If you can send text messages over WiFi, that proves an IMS connection which should be sufficient for voice calls.

What happens when you try making a call?

Are you able to swap SIMs between your phone and a working phone - does the problem follow the SIM or remain with the phone?

Hi, but my problem is that I can't make calls, so I can't call CS!

It says 'call ended' immediately.

Toggling flight mode often resolves these symptoms, if you are indeed sending texts using WiFi-calling.

Try the 2way SIM-swap with another working phone - a known good SIM in your phone, and your SIM in another phone - see if the issue follows the SIM or remains with the phone.

You can contact CS from any working phone, it doesn't need to be an EE phone.

It's sorted - i called tech support on another phone and I'd been put on a vouce-blocked plan by accident. Resolved now. Thanks for your help!
