@nicholavance   Did you activate roaming on your account as you don’t purchase roaming you only purchase a add on so you can use your allowances whip there.

The same is happening to me in Italy. I have mobile data working in the UK but not here. Others with me have 4G working. I have a different newer IPhone with the same SIM. Roaming is turned on but it doesn’t work.

Do you have an active spend cap, @GraemeShafto? It could be that you've hit the limit that you have set.

Chris

Yes, when I arrived I received a message saying it will cost £1.91 per day. On ‘my EE’ app I still have 13Gb of data left.

Kind regards,
Graeme

Have you checked to see if you have hit the spend cap limit, @GraemeShafto?

Hi I'm in Qatar. Same issue with me. £50 spend cap. No signal at all. Even rang EE before I left. Said. Was all set up for roaming. Was in Dubai few months mack. Worked perfectly fine. Here in Doha. Zero bars. Tried to manually select a network to piggyback on. But to no avail. Frustrating isn't the word. Happy to pay to receive incoming messages. But zero signal is a joke!

Hi @Chani1312

Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear that you're having a problem. Since it worked in Dubai, it sounds like it's set up for roaming. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. I've seen people in similar situations use a VoIP service, such as Skype, to call us.

Hi,
I had the same issue due to having 2 SIMs
A ‘Primary SIM’ and a ‘Travel SIM’ (E-SIM)
I typed REMOTE to 150 and was informed that remote working was ok internationally.
The problem was that Roaming wasn’t switched on on the Travel SIM.

Kind regards,
Graeme
