PAYG - EU Minutes Add-on Query

I am a PAYG customer. I'd like to know whether the EU Minutes add-on can be used for calling the UK from EU countries. If not, is there an alternative add-on that I can use.

Yes, but you can just as well use mins allowance from your pack if you have 1.

Thanks for the reply, but that's not my experience. I don't have a pack, just the EU Minutes add-on. I made a call to the UK but the cost was charged to my regular credit, so I still have 100 minutes in the add-on. Is this correct?

Currently for pay as you go customers calls in Spain and back to the UK are within your plan. 

 

If you have received any charges for making calls you believe should be within your plan, please give us a call on 150.
