One time codes - i get none from Paypal, why?

I don't receive the one-time security codes to enable my login to Paypal. So I can't access my Paypal because 6 fig codes are involved and nothing comes, have you blocked Paypal sending it to me.

Please reply, this is urgent as I use Paypal for my medical condition. Thanks for your help.

I can imagine how frustrating it would be to not be able to access your PayPal account.

Are you able to receive one-time PIN messages from other sites?
