HELP. I've switched to EE since around Aug/Sept. Can't call out or receive calls! I'm waiting for very important calls and nobody can contact me. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting! I need this resolved ASAP. I cant contact EE using 150 or the other number. There's no live chat. It's ridiculous. Thinking of cancelling and putting in a claim. Please don't insult me by telling me to restart my phone this DOES NOT WORK!

Hi @MrsPezz 

  • Does it say EE at the top of your phone. If not can you manually select EE from the network settings.
  • Does this issue only occur in one location such as at home or everywhere. 
  • What device do you have and did you get this device from EE.
  • Are you PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • Are you in the UK. 

Have you checked your local network for issues.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Has your phone worked in the intervening months? Or have you had problems for 3+ months and not reported them?
