Not reciving calls on sim only switch

Ive switched over to a simple only deal on the 21st of December. Its now the 24th of December and im not receiving phone calls. Ive missed two important calls now that has really put me in a tough spot. People have been worried about me too and panicked as I live alone and my phone is my only connection. Can text in and out and can call out and comes up with the number ive had from the start. Cant ring 150 says this service isnt available for you.

Not happy about it at all and thinking of just cancelling it and switching to someone else.

The symptoms are consistent with a "Do not disturb" or "unconditionally divert all calls" being enabled.

You mention being able to make calls, which proves a voice bar is not in-place and also seems to rule out your new plan being a data-only one (it can sometimes happen).

Can you contact CS on 07953 966150 or 0800 9566000?

Ive done all that. And ive got the 29 pound sim only with unlimited calls and data. Tried rest you mentioned. Ive not changed anything but my plan.

  •  get this if i try to change them too. Only have international call barring on as always.

Have you checked for any 'do not disturb' settings like @bristolian has mentioned?

What model of handset are you using too, and have you tried a restart?

Its an android s23fe. Ive checked everything. Ive not changed anything but my contract to sim only with unlimited mins and data.

Im calling them Monday when im well and over these bugs hopefully. And cancelling and going to get a cheap sim. I dont use data anyway im on WiFi as I cant get out much with fibromyalga. Missed calls have caused me months of waiting now to resolve a problem on time. 

Ive tried everything, my phone resets every day anyway at midnight. I even tried turning it off, taking out sim and all settings.

Are you able to briefly test your SIM card in an alternative phone to see if incoming calls show or not?
