Hi, I have not been able to receive texts for the last couple of days. I can send texts, make calls and receive calls. I have cleared cache data for messages and removed sim & restarted, but doesnt work. Any ideas please?

What happens if you send yourself a text message?

Hi, yes its texts from all senders, sending myself a text msg doesnt work either...

Are there any maintenance works listed in your area. You can find this out by checking the 'status' of your postcode on our coverage checker.

That tells you if there are any faults in your area.

Yes, the status said 'no known problems'. I have removed the SIM card again and restarted but still nothing, the SIM card looks quite worn out though, could this be the issue?

I would recommend either reporting a problem on that status checker or getting in contact with our technical support team so this can be investigated further.
