Faulty Sim

My SIM hasn't been working for a few days.Keeps saying no SIM or network coverage on my phone. Trying to order a new SIM,but can't do that as they need to send an OTP ,but can't because phone not receiving messages. Can't call or text. Help

Is this an intermittent problem or is your SIM not working at all?
