Hi the, just got my new iPad Pro, I am not able to transfer, activate my new eSIM . Please help

Hi Chris😂 , I followed the whole process but by the end it’s said :”u able to activate your card” try later or contact 150. The , I switched off the old SIM card thinking this might be the problem but unfortunately did not help.
