I transferred from Lyca to EE today, and I'm not receiving messages and OTPs likes of my banking app for verification and not from local numbers. How do I solve this?

Are you receiving mobile-originated texts?
If your number is being ported today, then an element of "split port" is entirely normal until the end of the day.
