Galaxy A53 5G. Brand new phone, on contract. Using Google messages app. Getting the error as mentioned in title but only for a small number of contacts, not all, most are working fine. I have tried deleting the affected contacts and re-adding them. Searched this forum and tried other possible solutions but to no avail. Going by the amount of people having the same issue it seems quite widespread. Does anyone have any idea please?

Many thanks.

Just to add, this happens in both the Google and Samsung messages apps for the same contacts. All apps and firmware is upto date
