Not receiving messag

Hi i transfered my number from Lycamobile to ee, I did it last Friday and today I can use my old number like a new in ee . But the problem is I can’t receive any messages I mean text messages . I’m iMessage everything is ok , if I’m calling to someone everything is ok , when someone is calling to me same - ok, when I sending message to myself via iMessage everything is ok I have my message but when is normal text message then I don’t have anything or when my bank or WhatsApp sending me code for verification I don’t receive anything. What can I do?

Have you restarted your phone since your number transfer completed?

I have the same problem I can’t receive messages and I have restarted my phone dew times.

Are you in the UK or roaming?

Is it just one particular contact you can't receive messages from or everyone?

What type of phone are you using?

Have you recently changed your phone number?

I'm the same I can receiev messages from certain people I'm trying to file my tax return and the code that gets sent to my number don't get delivered to me ee have un suspended my account 3 times now and its still not working it's making me think if they aren't doing it and are just saying they are on the phone I only need the code once and once that's done I dont need it till.ne

The best thing to do is to speak to the technical support team again so they can try something else.
