I am looking to upgrade but cannot online as sending code to mobile which is not working ...the online chat never seems available and looking to do this whilst at work so cannot call

I can try and call after work....why is the online chat never available anymore?
I find it very poor service as not everyone has time to hold on the phone and the chat service was very efficient

Thanks I have tried my main computer and mobile and nothing, will it just pop up at side like normal??

You could try this customer service live chat, just hit the 'start conversation' button, @Cam0508. If there's an upgrade agent available, they'll transfer you over.
