Not receiving calls or Messenger/what's app

since changing to EE  no one can phone me through What's app. Nor am I getting notifications for Messenger or What's app. Never had this problem before. Any advice?

Usage of apps such as these aren't handled by any mobile network as text or calls - but as data usage. You would need to ask this question of WhatsApp, although it's worth checking whether you can send messages through their app.

Are you using the same phone as on your previous network, and have just changed SIM? Or are you using a new phone? I suspect WhatsApp advice may differ depending.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Same phone, just sim changed. Seems to be poorer signal too.
