Hi all,
I have recently switched to EE from another network whilst keeping my number and other details intact. However when trying to login to online banking, my phone is not receiving a one time password. My number works fine for friends and family but not for my bank. Has anyone had a similar problem or know the solution? Thank you.

When exactly is "recently" that you ported-in?
Is it just one specific organisation that you can't receive automated SMS from? Or are all automated texts affected?
You may need to report the problem to EE-CS, but checking these basics will be a good start.

You need to ask EE to refresh your line.
This happens with number transfers but it normally sorts itself out after a few handset restarts.
