Not able to hear caller's using EE

When I call and receive calls on EE I am unable to hear them however I can hear them on o2 and WhatsApp.

Are you using WiFi calling or EE mobile network.
Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I'm on monthly contract and using EE network. It works fine on o2 just issues with EE.

Does this happen on all incoming and outgoing calls, or is one number that you are unable to hear?
Does this happen in multiple areas?

Happens in random places to a number of different calls both in and out

Is this a complete lack of any incoming audio? Or does it come & go?
