I have transferred from 3 to EE a few days ago and I'm not receiving messages from the likes of my banking apps to verify it is me.
i have spoken to Customer services but they say they cant help me, if i knew this i would not have changed over.
How do I solve this?

Cant see anything from them but have to go with what customer services said.
problem I have is that I cant authenticate any of my bank apps etc, because i cant recieve any texts from them but can from friends.
wish I hadn't changed now.

Have you received confirmation from EE that your port is complete?

Yes i have had confirmation that the port is complete and this came from the customer service team who i spoke to this afternoon.

But did you get the confirmation as a message, either email or text? I wouldn't believe it has until you do.
