I am in the same position. I am abroad and before leaving I specifically requested to have roaming and customer service updated me to a more EXPENSIVE PLAN. YET, the roaming toggle is not working. I have no intention of spending additional money on calling customer service from abroad. Please fix this asap.

Thank you for the tip! Could call them and waiting... the automated voice told me "great news you already can use your phone abroad! Just turn on your phone and it will be working." LOL
