Hi for about 5 months the now I've had no voicemail !!

 

It was working absolutely fine before . Setting are all normal and I've recorded message but it doesn't give option when people ring !!!

 

Help!!

@Beckypt : Try rebooting VM by texting VM OFF to 150, reboot phone & then text VM ON to 150.
