No signal

Hi,

I'm abroad with my company work in Romania. Lost my sim here so I've requested an e-sim in the UK, got it through post in the UK, someone from my familly sent the barcode through a photo, scanned the photo, the plan has been added in my phone (iphone 14) but still no signal.

It's because I'm still in Romania and I have to be in the UK for the service to activate? I'm on a monthly plan and I'm not able to use my number and I need to stay here for a couple of months.Can someone please help me to get the signal back?

@alexpopa89   Is roaming enabled on your EE account?   Why not request a replacement SIM card ?  And you changing over to an eSim in a different country that isn’t recommended as it need to see the EE network and it can not when out of the UK.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
