No sim service

I got a new iPhone and after putting sim in new iPhone I have no service. 

I have tried restarting phone, resetting network, putting it in another phone nothing works. 

I can’t make calls to contact EE to solve the issue due to no service! 

Any help/ advice please?

Was this a new SIM card or your original SIM card?

You can ring them, using Skype, see my signature.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

This is my original sim, thank you for the advice, I am trying to call them now via Skype! Fingers crossed hopefully it can be resolved over the phone.
