Hi,

 

 

 

I'm currently abroad and trying to use my phone, I can't make or receive calls or texts. After trying to manually connect to the local network it fails and says "Your SIM card does not allow a connection to this network". Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Can I get a new sim on return to UK 

Found this on site

Go into an EE shop with Photo ID & they'll transfer number & credit if applicable to a replacement SIM of correct size for free

Yes, if your SIM is faulty, you can pick up a replacement in and EE Store.
