I am in the USA & have purchased a “roam like home bundle” but I have no signal.
I cannot phone - send or receive texts or data. My phone is useless unless on Wi Fi.

If you have a pay monthly account can you, log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > can you activate both settings?

The online chat function is not working for me, it is coming up but a start conversation button is not presenting itself at all and I cannot ring out from my phone, do you have an alternative

Do you have no service when roaming?
If you need to contact our customer care team when roaming, you would need to call us from any other phone or use a calling app to make the call. Contact details can be found on our Contact us page.

Is it free from someone else’s phone and how would I use a calling app? Like WhatsApp? What number would I use please? Thankyou so much in advance because I’m stuck in Florida with no phone and I can’t get through in anyway!

They would need to check with their network provider to see if calls would be free, the number to call is +44 7953966250.
You can use an app such as Skype if you have this available.
