I am currently travelling abroad in Australia and have no signal. I will be abroad for over a year but want to keep my British number.
I have no roaming limits set up and my phone can't manually find any local networks.
Please can you help.
Many thanks,
Amelia

Hi there @Ameliajohnson
Thanks for coming here.
Have you had signal since you arrived in Australia?
Do you have a pay monthly or pay as you go account?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

And I am in the last week of my pay monthly to start a pay as you go the
following week.
All new EE PAYG SIMs need to be activated on EE's UK network before they will work abroad - this includes migrations from pay-monthly.
If you are currently on pay-monthly but convert to PAYG abroad, your SIM will stop working when it converts and the only fix will be to use it in the UK.

My EE sim is paid monthly and it did not work abroad (no signal) I have been abroad for almost a year paying £25 per month with no service. Please tell me how to solve it. Thank you

Hi @Putera,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Which country are you in?
Did you activate roaming before you travelled?
