No network

Cannot make or receive calls.. says no network connection.. I've taken sim card out and cleaned and restarted phone...

I'm sim only and pay in DD so no billing issues ??

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Lizzie1948   Have you had a look at the network status in your area ?   Have a look at THIS  and click the check status tab.  If there is a fault it will say you could also report an issue.
