No mobile derive - Italy

Since arriving Sunday 4th Feb I've had no mobile service in Italy despite roaming being activated in settings and previously being able to roam while abroad 

Any help? Can't call EE (as no mobile services!)

I called EE on the 5th. They know about the issue but have no idea when it’ll be solved 🤌🏻

Could you try manually connecting to both TIM and Iliad networks please?
