Got a phone and sim, pay monthly. Sim isn't working, called and the person I spoke to said it could take 7 days. Is been over a week and phone still not working. I got it so I can use it instead of buying credit every week.

Got the phone but can't use it, is ridiculous that is taking so long and nobody has contacted me.

How can I get this fixed today

Do you have signal showing on the phone? 

Are you transferring a number from another network?

It says emergency call only.

I called again now I was told to wait 14 days.

By the time is resolved if it is a month will go by. I did not change providers.

Have a pay as you go sim. And got this one pay monthly new phone and sim, new number.

Nobody seems to know what is going on. Only tell me to wait.

I'm thinking of returning the phone, and just cancelling everything. 

Asked for a new sim, and was told to wait for 14 days. Nothing to help was offered, just to wait.

I'm paying for having a phone I can't use

Who did you purchase the phone from?

EE obviously. Got both phone and sim contract from EE

I would suggest getting back in touch with our mobile guides to get this looked into and see what is needed to get this resolved.
