I have no connection for calls and internet. In Poland for one week

I'm in Kraków, same location as 3 days ago. Nobody has this problem. My 3
colleagues are accessing the connection no problem. I am the only one in
my team with no connection. I'm coordinating 3 teams for language
translation. Very embarrassing and lost work

Have you made any account changes recently?

Are you able to try the SIM in another phone to see if this works?
