No caller I’d

hello I recently changed from PAYG to a sim only deal and kept the same sim and number  as before but ever since when people call me from my saved contacts they showing up as no caller I’d but yet when they text me or FaceTime me there name is showing up and also when I ring or text them there name shows up also, so it is only showing no caller I’d when a saved contact rings me only, I’ve tried network reset and all them, Also rang EE and they basically asked me to do what I’d already done and that they couldn’t help me any further but they did say there tech team will ring me tomorrow to try to sort it out but just wondering if anyone as any ideas on how to fix this? Does Caller ID show when a non-contact calls you?

No all calls wether saved contact or not  show no caller I’d thanks

You just don't have Caller ID set up for your line, nowt to do with contacts. It's for EE to sort it out. "No" is not an answer!

Yeah they supposedly gonna ring me tomorrow as the guys that answered that call wasn’t qualified enough to sort it. So hopefully they ring tomorrow , if not I’ll ring the tech team myself
