No EE/BT internet at all, still on orange blinking light since 8pm so over 2 hours when I've only just upgraded and another at least 15 people on my 'village talk' are having the same issue, do we have an estimated time in which it might be fixed. We only use fires sticks so currently have no tv at all.

My broadband is down too, so I have no tv at all and only just upgrraded, about 15 people on my 'village talk' are all having the same problem with phones and BT internet 

@Sarahovs2712 : What lights show on the router?

If it is a neighbourhood issue, you could consult Check service in your area  to see if any faults are being attended to in your local area. You may also Report a Problem there.

Have you reported your problem with your BB to EE? They can't do anything about it until you do. Text HELP to 66033 to get EE to test the line & see what needs doing.

What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?

I do not have my account number or home phone number as we don't use/own one to log in to the app it has been showing the orange blinking light for the past two hours, I've tried resetting it, if tried leaving it on for 5 mins and trying again but others in my area are having the same issue.

@Sarahovs2712 Was posted on another site estimated anything up to 24 Hours for the EE Issues, web wise, is it just your TV side that is down but the Internet is working....

@Sarahovs2712 Replied on this posting as No Heading on the Broadband one you did, so not sure if there is a fixed line home broadband issue for you, but Flashing orange is indication no connection to the Hub currently. Web site was down all day, came back about 6pm for the Forum side.....
