My phone screen finally decided to break after a year of being half broken, im trying to upgrade but it wants a pin via that phone and i cannot get on it as the screen is broke to complete my upgrade, i cant even call as i have no way to call due to the phone screen not working, is there anyone who can help? thankyou in advance

You can contact EE-CS from any working phone, and pass account security by speaking to a CS agent. There's no account access on this public forum, and there are valid security reasons for protecting your account from unauthorised third parties upgrading your phone.
Either call 07953 966150 from any working phone, or visit an EE retail store and purchase your upgrade phone face-to-face.
